Membership Policy

This Membership Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing all membership plans offered by GMDigital LTD("Company"). It is designed to ensure transparency, prevent disputes, and protect both members and the Company.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Definition: A membership grants you recurring access to specific content and services on gmdigital’s platform for a defined period (30 days).

1.2. Authorization: By subscribing, you authorise GMDigital LTD to automatically charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

1.3. Renewal Date: Your membership renews every 30 days on the anniversary of the initial subscription unless cancelled.

2. Membership Plans & Trials

2.1. Trial Activation: Trials begin immediately upon successful payment form submission.

2.2. Upgrade/Downgrade: You may upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time; the new plan’s trial and billing terms will apply from the next billing cycle.

3. Billing & Payment

3.1. Automatic Processing: All charges are processed automatically via our secure payment processor.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards; card data are tokenized and stored securely for recurring billing.

3.3. Pre-Authorization & Capture: For pre‑authorized plans, initial authorization occurs at signup; actual capture happens at trial end.

4. Cancellation & Downgrade

4.1. To avoid future charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date (see our Cancellation Policy).

4.2. Cancellation can be performed via your Account → Subscription → Cancel or by emailing support@gamingplaygroud.com.

4.3. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle; no pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-cycle changes.

5. Refunds & Billing Issues

5.1. No Refunds for any partial or full membership period once commenced.

5.2. Exception: In cases of duplicate charges or technical errors, please request a refund within 30 days at support@gamingplaygroud.com.

6. Chargeback Protection

6.1. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service; unauthorized chargebacks violate our agreement.

6.2. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and submit transaction logs, cancellation records, and correspondence to financial institutions.

7. Modification of Policy

7.1. GMDigital may update this Policy; changes take effect upon posting.

7.2. Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
