This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the termination of your paid subscription to the services of GMDIGITAL LTD ("Company"). Please read carefully to avoid disputes, including unauthorized chargebacks.
1. General Provisions
1.1. A subscription grants you access to our content and services on a renewable 30-day cycle.
1.2. All payments are processed automatically through our secure payment processor; by subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
1.3. Renewal dates always coincide with the original subscription start date.
2. Cancellation Window
2.1. To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
2.2. Cancellations may be made by:
- Visiting your Account → Subscription → Cancel in our web portal,or
- Emailing us at support@gamingplaygroud.com with subject "Subscription Cancellation."
2.3. We will send email confirmation within 2 business hours—if you don’t receive it, please contact support immediately.
3. Refunds
3.1. Charges occur just prior to the next service period.
3.2. If you cancel before that charge, no payment will be taken and no refund is required.
3.3. No refunds are issued for any period already begun.
3.4. In rare cases of system errors or duplicate charges, request a refund within 30 days via support@gamingplaygroud.com.
4. Chargeback Protection
4.1. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and clearly defines your rights and obligations.
4.2. Late cancellations (after the 24-hour window) do not qualify for refund via chargeback.
4.3. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and will provide transaction logs, cancellation confirmations, and correspondence to your bank.
